New Team Formed

In the summer of 2010 our team were formed as a new under 11 team and with some new additions in the winter months we had a full squad to use for the first time after playing some of our games with only 8 or 9 players to pick from. We flirted for some time around 3rd and 4th place before a fixture backlog caught up with us and we finished 7th, not bad for our 1st ever season together.
 In the summer of 2011 we have moved up from 9 a side to under 12's playing 11 a side with home and away games, now being based at the new Spring Cottage pitch in Overseal. We also have a full squad of 16 to choose from and this is while we are still in pre-season training! We have a great team of boys who are quickly getting used to the new size of pitch,the bigger goals and more players on the pitch and we are sure that the 2011/12 season will be a successfull one.
