On behalf of Woodville Rangers F.C we would just like to say a massive well done on your achievement this year of finishing 4th in the BJFL MFSS Div 2........
This has been possible due to EVERY players efforts at Training and at Matches.
This has been a Great season as we made the difficult decision of combining 2 teams into 1........ This was a last resort decision as we would love ALL children to play as much Football as possible........
This has shown the maturity of our players, with a Good team spirit being maintained despite there being some children not playing as much as we would of liked, but credit to ALL of the children for keeping a good team spirit and encouraging each another even though they may of been a little dissapointed to be subbed etc.
Next season 2010/11 will face us with another task but something to look forward to as we move to 11-a-side on full sized pitches with Bigger Goals and Full Offside........
The main benefits will be more players being able to play more of a game and with a good sized squad. We will hopefully have a Good rotation of players to cover various positions and hopefully improve game and move the Team forward for many years to come !!!!
Can we just also Thank all of the parents for sticking by our club and ALL helping and supporting one another in many differnt ways and showing good communtiy family spirit....
Also Thank You to Nigel Lachs for being our Parent Rep and doing a great job of running the line for us most weeks.....
Thank You to Andy Mansfield for taking our Training sessions and helping out.....
A Big Thank You to our team sponsor "DS INTERIORS" our Kit Sponsor and a Big Thank You to "WARD RECYCLING LTD" for sponsoring our Rain Jackets.
Finally just a Big Thank You to everyone who purchased Raffle Tickets, Sponsored Players (Sponsored Walk), companies who donated prizes and obviously a Big Thank You to all of the Committee and Coaches Etc who give up there own personal time to make all of this possible for the kids.........
Thanks
